As for the top region by download speed is strangely Dushetis Raioni with 640 kb/s (let us know, if reader knows why). For Armenia the top region by download speed is Yerevan, and Baku for Azerbaijan. The fastest download speed is in Azerbaijan — 3184 kb/s. Japan is top one country for download speed according to Speedtest.net — it scored 11237 kb/s (only best test scores are used for the ranking).
